Android vs iPhone debate has been a long discussion among fans, where some people praise Android’s open source and customisability, whereas others say Apple is more convenient, and more optimised for usability. Now as soon as Apple finished its Awe dropping launch event yesterday on 9 September 2025, Samsung posted on X formerly Twitter mocking Apple’s camera. Samsung also used the #iCant hashtag mocking Apple similar to earlier times when Samsung mocked Apple through social media. In this article, we will discuss what Samsung has to say for its launch event.

Samsung’s Take on iPhone 17-Series Launch

Samsung has mocked Apple after they unveiled their new gen iPhone 17-series where they also included their thinnest iPhone – Air at the launch event  that took place on 9 September 2025. As soon as the even came to an end, Samsung fired a post over X (formerly Twitter) saying:

Samsung has taken a dig at Apple after the latter unveiled a new generation of the iPhone, including a sleek model dubbed iPhone 17 Air, at the launch event, dubbed on Tuesday (September 9). The company has also unveiled several other devices.

“#iCant believe this is still relevant.” and quoted their tweet from 2022  that said: “Let us know it when it folds.”

In yet another post Samsung targeted Apple's 3x 48MP cameras. The posted:

"48MP x 3 still doesn't equal 200MP."

The company has used the #iCant hashtag in many posts to mock Apple, and even wrote that actual innovation is greater than "hype".
