Rapture Innovation Labs, a Karnataka-based audio tech startup, has launched the Sonic Lamb headphones in India. The company advertises that it endeavours to let listeners feel the music rather than just hearing it. It comes with the firm's own 'Hybrid Driver Technology' to drive the listener to feel the audio deeply.

Tuned in Denmark at Sound Hub, with the headphones,  the firm aim to revolutionise the audio listening experience. The device uses a subwoofer to produce bass. The patented technology can emulate a Hi-Fi subwoofer for a personalised experience. Sonic Lamb, according to the company, is meticulously "designed, engineered and manufactured in India." These headphones offer passive noise cancellation.

It comes with a Multimode dial to switch between different modes, which includes:

HEAR: This mode offers a balanced sound signature and soft music listening suitable for podcasts, audiobooks, calls and meetings.

FEEL: This is dedicated to serving a wide "genre of music" where the subwoofer takes charge to immerse the viewer.

IMMERSE: A mode where the sub-woofer plays a more significant part and is ideal for bass-heavy listening, including Trance, EDM, Rap, Hip Hop and more.

BEAST: This will serve the audiophiles who prefer the peculiar details during gaming.

These controls are placed on the right earcup. It also supports high-resolution wired audio transmission for studio-grade streaming at 24-bit 96kHz. Multi-device connectivity ensures users can connect up to two devices simultaneously. It also sports dual mics for crisp voice transmission and a detachable boom microphone.

The headphones can be further customised using the Sonic Lamb App. A user can create custom profiles via the two-minute hearing test based on the sensitivity of their ears.

The gadget is priced at Rs 19,999. However, as a launch offer, the company is giving out the first 1,000 units for Rs 15,999. It comes in three colour options: Ember Gray, Obsidian Black and Moonstone White. Interested buyers can head to the official website of the headphones to buy one for themselves.
