SONY is a popular name in the gaming console segment. The Japanese giant is known for making quality tech products that you can buy on top e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Reliance Digital, Croma and other offline stores. And Now, primarily catering to its gaming audience, the company has unveiled a PlayStation-exclusive store in Delhi, as per industry insider Rishi Alwani.
According to the information provider, Sony worked with DT Zone to open the store. To support the argument, Rishi shared the four images of the site. The store can be seen in the familiar blue and white shade resonating with the theme of the official website with walls having geometric pattern shapes design. The location stated in a comment is Punjabi Bagh, Delhi.

The store will be a solution for buyers who wish to check out gaming products offline before buying them. According to a 91mobiles report, it will be a one-stop shop for gaming consoles, PlayStation 5, headphones, DualSense wireless controllers and other accessories. In the image, a giant PlayStation Plus subscription poster is visible inside the store. It would pack a game catalogue, classic titles, game trials and more. Vouchers can be purchased offline and activated from the website, the report adds.
The subscription plans range across three tiers. PlayStation Plus Essential membership starts at Rs 499 for one month and goes to Rs 2,999 for 12 months. PlayStation Plus Extra starts from Rs 749 for one month and expands to Rs 4,999 annually. The Deluxe pack starts from Rs 849/ month and goes to Rs. 5,749 for a year.
Recently, the company reduced the pricing of the PlayStation 5 by Rs 5,000. Going by reports, you the avail of the discounted price in the next restock. The standard variant is priced at Rs 49,990. The digital edition costs Rs. 39,990. Lastly, the God of War Ragnarok bundle will cost Rs 54,990. Sony reportedly sold 1 lakh plus units in 2022. This is a mark of the rising popularity of gaming products in India. We couldn't find any official word of the brand referring to the store.
