Spotify has increased the price for Premium subscriptions in India. As per the revisions, the new rates can be seen on Spotify’s website. It's a nationwide price change, and the amendments are in place. This is being undertaken as part of an international approach for controlling the increasing costs of operations and also for funding new features across the platform.

This increase in price seems to be in preparation for the wider global rollout planned for South Asia, Europe, Latin America, and Africa in September.
