Tecno Phantom V Flip 5G: After launching the Phantom V Fold in the book-style segment of foldable, the company has now announced the Phantom V Flip 5G as an official entry to compete in the clamshell foldable market in India. The handset comes with a wide range of features at a relatively lower price when compared to the competition.

With the move, the company is all set to take on Motorola's Razr 40 in terms of price. Other competitions in this space include Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and OPPO Find N2 Flip. To give you a detailed idea about the new device, here are the price and specifications of the handset.

Tecno Phantom V Flip 5G Specifications

Phantom V Flip 5G has a 6.9-inch FHD+ 120Hz LTPO AMOLED main screen and a 1.32-inch circular AMOLED screen. The panel offers Always-On support and more personalisation options. As per Tecno, the phone has a Cosmic 3D Curved Leather Design and a Flexible Hoverlock hinge.

Under the hood, the device has a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 8050 CPU with G77 MC9 graphics. As for memory, the company offers up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. It runs on HiOS 13 based on Android 13. The V Flip gets Ella GPT chatbot for personalised chats and daily tasks such as translations and scheduling meetings.

The handset comes with a 4,000mAh battery with 45W charging. As for the optics, the device has a 64MP primary and 13MP ultra-wide lens on the rear and a 32MP selfie shooter. Moving to connectivity, the phone offers Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC and a USB Type-C port for charging.

The early bird price of the Phantom V Flip starts from Rs 49,999, which is a discounted introductory pricing offer. It comes in two colour options: Iconic Black and Mystic Dawn. The early bird sale of the device will go live on October 1, 12:00 PM on Amazon India.
