Vivo T5 Pro features 2026: The Chinese smartphone maker, Vivo, has confirmed that the launch of its next device, the Vivo T5 Pro, will take place on April 15, 2026. This device focuses mainly on performance and battery upgrades in the mid-tier segment. Following the confirmation of the release date, some leaks and rumors have started spiraling up, and according to a popular tipster, Sanju Choudhary (@saaaanjjjuuu on X), this latest device by Vivo could feature a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset and a 144Hz AMOLED display as well. This new device serves as a successor to its previous version, the Vivo T4 Pro, which was priced at Rs 27,999.

Here's the thing that is taking the center stage: its battery life, which was teased by the company earlier and stands at 9,020 mAh. It is very difficult to find a battery this size in this mid-tier sub-Rs 30,000-35,000 range. The smartphone maker has also claimed that the mobile will be as slim as 8.25 mm, and that too with a massive battery. In the latest reveals the Vivo T5 Pro can be spotted in a whitish finish and has a flat frame and a matte-like texture. The device can also be seen with a dual-camera setup.
Expected Specs and Features
Early leaks paint a fairly clear picture of what to expect. The phone is likely to come with a larger 6.8-inch AMOLED display, offering 1.5K resolution and a smoother 144Hz refresh rate, stepping up from the 120Hz panel seen on its predecessor.
For its performance, it is projected to be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, whereas for its camera, a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor is speculated. From an upgrading perspective, there is no doubt that these new specifications have not brought radical changes but rather have only refined existing ones.

As far as durability goes, no improvements are anticipated since the phone should retain its resistance ratings of IP68 and IP69. As regards the cost of production, the device is anticipated to cost between Rs 30,000 and Rs 35,000. This means that the phone will be placed above the T4 Pro. Moreover, this model will become a direct competitor to the OnePlus Nord 6, whose Indian release was held at the cost of Rs 38,999.
