Vivo V50 launch date: Vivo is reportedly preparing to launch another mid-range smartphone in the Indian market, expected to be called Vivo V50, which comes after the debut of its flagship X200 series smartphone. This new mid-range can be expected to come with some special features, keeping in line with its predecessor the Vivo V40 which was launched with Zeiss-tuned cameras last year. The Vivo V40 also stunned us with its design, display and cameras that met flagship-level expectations. Now that Vivo V50 is expected to launch, fans are expecting something special from this series as well.

Although Vivo is keeping its mouth shut about the upcoming release, but rumours and leaks are not keeping quiet as usual. Leaks and rumours can be found on the internet that claim various things about this expected new variant like performance boosts, design changes, amped-up display quality, and an expected launch date.

Expected Specs, Price and Launch Date

A prominent tipster, Yogesh Brar in collaboration with Smartprix, has revealed through a post on X that the public can expect the Vivo V50 to launch in the Indian market in the third week of February, which puts the preliminary launch date somewhere between February 17 and February 23. It is also expected that the smartphone will launch in India at the price of 39,990.

Another tipster Abhishek Yadav has given us a sneak peek of what the Vivo V50 can feature. He mentions that the Vivo V50 will be available in four color options: Blue, Rose, Red, and Grey. Additionally, the smartphone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, with three possible storage configurations: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB.

On top of that, it might come with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution which supports a 120 Hz refresh rate. It is also tipped that it might pack two 50-megapixel sensors at the back and a 50-megapixel sensor front camera for selfies as well. Last but not least the Vivo V50 could feature a massive 6000 mAh battery with fast charging support of 90 watts.

 With the expected launch of this new series smartphone, it would be exciting to see what special features Vivo has packed for us this time.
