Vivo X Fold 3 Pro Release Date: Vivo, a Chinese smartphone maker, is all set to launch the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro in India. It is confirmed to get AI features and ZEISS optics. Soon after Flipkart teased its arrival in India, it seems Vivo accidentally revealed the launch date of the foldable device as well.
According to the feature disclaimer shared by the manufacturer on the product page, the launch date of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is said to be June 6. Spotted early by tipster Abhishek Yadav, the company shared many references to the launch date while highlighting its pros, such as the slimness, weight, display and processor.

"The term 'India's first Fold with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3' pertains to the X Fold3 Pro, as of its launch date until June 06, 2024 in the Fold Smartphone category, based on Internal Research," Vivo noted. Apart from the release date, the handset is confirmed to arrive in a Celestial Black colour. Here are the confirmed specifications of the device listed on the Vivo India website.

Vivo X Fold 3 Pro Specifications
The X Fold 3 Pro will have an 8.03-inch main screen with 4,500 nits peak brightness and a 6.53-inch cover screen. It will measure 11.2mm when folded and weighs 236g. A ZEISS Telephoto camera sensor and a 5,700mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging are confirmed on the device. It will also ship with AI features (powered by Gemini AI) like AI Note Assist, AI Transcript Assist and AI Screen Translation.
"The AI features on this phone are currently provided free of charge in the region, but you may be required to pay for subsequent use," Vivo said in the disclaimer. The company also noted that users will need an internet connection and a Vivo account to use features like AI Note Assist and AI Transcript Assist.
Vivo X Fold 3 Pro Price (Expectations)
Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is available in China at a starting price of Rs 9,999 yuan (roughly Rs 1.17 lakh). While Vivo has not shared an official word, we can expect the device to cost more and compete with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and OnePlus Open. The smartphone is confirmed to be available on Amazon and Flipkart.
