Vivo has officially taken the wraps off the Vivo X300 E ahead of its launch in China. While the phone is still a few days away from going on sale, the company has already opened pre-orders and confirmed the launch date. Vivo is also offering a few launch benefits for those who book the handset in advance. Although the brand is yet to reveal the complete specifications and price, leaks over the past few weeks have already given us a good idea of what the phone could bring to the table.

Vivo X300 E launch date announced
Vivo says the Vivo X300 E will launch in China on July 27 at 9am local time (6:30am IST). Pre-orders are already live, and customers who reserve the smartphone before launch will get a few extras at no additional cost.
These include a one-year extended warranty worth CNY 288 (around Rs. 4,100), a three-year battery protection plan, and a limited edition power bank. The company has also confirmed that the phone will be available in black, orange and white finishes. Another detail that is now official is the battery, with Vivo confirming that the X300 E will pack a 7,200mAh battery.
The X300 E will become the newest member of the Vivo X300 series, joining the Vivo X300, Vivo X300 Pro, Vivo X300 Ultra, Vivo X300 FE and Vivo X300s. Vivo is still keeping the rest of the hardware under wraps, but if earlier reports are anything to go by, the phone will continue the company's partnership with Zeiss while targeting buyers looking for a more affordable flagship experience.
Here's what the Vivo X300 E is expected to offer
Leaks suggest the Vivo X300 E could feature a 6.59-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, up to 5,000 nits peak brightness, and 4320Hz PWM dimming.
Under the hood, the phone is tipped to run on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. It could be paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage, while OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 is expected to power the software.
On the camera front, Vivo is likely to stick with its Zeiss collaboration. The X300 E is rumoured to feature a 50 megapixel Sony IMX921 main camera with OIS, an 8 megapixel ultra wide sensor, and a 50 megapixel Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom. A 50 megapixel autofocus front camera is also expected for selfies and video calls.

As for charging, previous reports have pointed to 90W fast charging support. That seems increasingly likely, as a recent 3C certification for the phone, carrying model number V2612A, also mentioned 90W charging and 5G connectivity, suggesting the handset has cleared another hurdle before its official debut.
