Xiaomi on Wednesday announced its brand-new Android 16-based user interface, the HyperOS 3, at its September 2025 launch event. HyperOS 3 is full of AI-algorithms, and includes a new look for the home screen. It will be pre-installed on the Xiaomi 17 series, starting with the Xiaomi 17, Xiaomi 17 Pro and even Xiaomi 17 Pro Max.
