Xiaomi pad 7 launch: The Xiaomi Pad 7 is about to make its debut in India today, and it will bring exciting new features with it which will definitely captivate enthusiasts looking forward to a new tab release. This tablet will come bundled with a stylus and a keyboard folio, but here's the twist: the keyboard will now include a touchpad, a first for Xiaomi's tablet range. Previously, all of their tablets with keyboards lacked this feature, so it’s a significant upgrade this time around.

What We Know About the Xiaomi Pad 7

While Xiaomi has kept many details under wraps, the Pad 7 was already launched in China earlier this year, so we have a pretty good idea of what to expect. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip and up to 12GB of RAM, the Indian version is expected to offer the same specs.

The tablet boasts an impressive 11.2-inch LCD display with a 3200x2136 resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, making it a strong contender in the display department. It’s equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera, which should meet most needs for photography and video calls.

On the battery front, the Pad 7 features an 8850mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging, so it’s got solid endurance. Running on Android 15 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2, the tablet promises a smooth and feature-rich user experience.
