YOUTUBE, a popular streaming service owned by tech giant Google has now officially added the Podcast tab to the Channel Page. One can find the Podcasts tab between Live and Playlists on the platform, according to a report by 9to5Google.

The playlists that YouTube Creators have designated as podcasts will now be showcased in the tab. Now, only material designated as a podcast will show up on YouTube Music. According to the report, that support is still in testing and has constrained availability after some users started showing up last Wednesday.

On the other hand, the users can use the new Podcasts tab to see which shows they regularly watch which will be added to YouTube Music and to encourage creators to upload new episodes as videos.

According to the report, the podcast experience in the main YouTube app is still primarily focused on videos. In the meantime, YouTube's music streaming service "YouTube Music" now includes song and album credits.

When listening to their favourite music, users will now be able to see song and album credits thanks to this new feature. Many other streaming services, including Tidal, have long included a feature where users can instantly see detailed song information, such as who the singer is and who wrote, produced, and composed each track.

Furthermore, the company has issued a warning to users who have received an email informing them that the platform's privacy policies have changed. The company warned users not to fall for the phishing attack because the hackers are spoofing the email.

Since a while ago, there has been an increase in scams and phishing attempts. The hackers impersonate the legitimate email address, which is very similar to the one the business uses, to send fake emails.
