Meta on Wednesday launched a Fast Track programme for Facebook, and this one brings some really good news for its users. This new programme aims at bringing together popular and well-known content creators from various platforms to Facebook and making them post regularly on the Meta-owned platform. What will Meta do in return for these creators? Well, Facebook claims that it will provide increased reach on posts that qualify and a payment guarantee for three months. A thing to remember here is that creators who apply for this scheme must have a good following beforehand on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or other social media platforms. Additionally, people applying for this will also get immediate access to Facebook monetisation.
Creator Fast Track Programme: What Benefits Does It Give?
This new feature rolled out by Meta, the new Creator Fast Track programme for Facebook, pitched as a three-month push to help creators grow faster while earning along the way. The company says eligible Reels will get a visibility boost, along with fixed monthly payouts.
Creators who already have at least 100,000 followers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube can earn $1,000 (roughly Rs. 93,200) per month. For those crossing the one million follower mark, that figure goes up to $3,000 (roughly Rs. 279,500) monthly.
It’s not limited to bigger creators either. Those with follower counts between 20,000 and 99,999 may also qualify, with potential earnings ranging from $100 (roughly Rs. 9,320) to $450 (roughly Rs. 41,900) per month. That said, Meta makes it clear that eligibility will ultimately be decided by the company.
Another key detail is flexibility around content. Even videos that have already been posted elsewhere can be used, whether short clips or longer formats. Selected creators will also get early access to Facebook’s monetisation tools, which means they can keep earning from their content even after the three-month programme wraps up. Another fact to note here is that this monetisation scheme is not limited to only long videos and reels but will also include Stories, photos and text posts. Adding to this, Meta said that in 2025, 60 per cent of “Facebook's total payout to creators went to Reels, while the rest went to Stories, photos, and text posts.”
Who Is Eligible?
For this, applicants must be residing in Canada and the US and should be at least 18 years of age; apart from that, these creators might also need to have a Facebook account that is at least 30 days old, and also the creator should not have posted any reel in the past six months on the Meta-owned Facebook.
Another thing that needs to be done here is that these creators need to share their Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account information that must have at least 20,000 followers and have a minimum of 30,000 views in videos in the past 60 days. Meta is also scouting for creators who make original, high-quality content, either filmed or otherwise, by an individual. Apart from all this, creators will have the task to post 15 reels a month on the platform.
