Zerodha's Kite, a trading programme used by thousands of people, had experienced yet another technical issue. Users were having difficulty logging in to the programs and complained about it. Not only that, but many people have reported problems with Zerodha Coin. Notably, this is the platform's third such outage in the last three months. This occurred on the same day that the Sensex and Nifty 50 reached all-time highs after the BJP won three of four assembly elections.
All the users took to social media platforms to share their frustrations, opinions and trolls. The company also released an official statement on the outage reports and said, “Some of our users are facing issues with logging into Kite web. We are looking into the issue. In the meantime, please log into the Kite mobile app.”
The brokerage company announced on social media an hour later that the problem had been fixed and expressed regret for any inconvenience this had caused.
"Some users were having trouble adding instruments to the marketwatch and logging into Kite. These problems have been fixed. We apologise for the trouble this has created," Zerodha stated.
The last two times Zerodha went down were on October 31 and November 6. A number of users reported experiencing technical issues with order placement, including orders not being processed and other issues such as orders not existing on the Kite app.
