Hyderabad Horror:  A horrific incident has come to light from an apartment complex in Hyderabad, where a businessman identified as Ashish was captured on CCTV killing a stray puppy. When the event happened, Ashish, who lives in the flat with his family, was out walking his beloved pet dog.

The video allegedly shows him assaulting the puppy when it got close to him.

Ashish admitted to killing five stray pups in total after being confronted by other residents. He reportedly assaulted the pups with a rock and smashed them to the ground.

The Alwal Police later received a complaint from an animal rights activist. According to the complaint, Ashish has been charged under Sections 11(1)(A) and 11(1)(I) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act (PCAA) and Section 325 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

In another instance in the city, a 12-year-old kid at a government school in Begumpet reportedly beat a teacher with an iron rod on Wednesday. The event occurred when the student was found copying in the final examinations.

According to Begumpet police, a teacher from the Government High School in Bandimet, Begumpet, submitted a complaint alleging that a Class 7 student assaulted him in the head with an iron rod on Wednesday afternoon.

Begumpet police stated that Venugopal, a teacher, was hit with a metal rod commonly used to ring the school bell. He got a slight head injury but is not in danger, and an assault complaint has been filed, according to a TOI report.
