Anti-Valentine Week Day List 2025: Anti-Valentine's Week begins on February 15th, with Slap Day and comes to an end with Break Up Day on February 21st. A recent trend of Anti-Valentine’s Day has no such history, however, it has been popular in many parts of the world, primarily in India. It is a hardcore celebration of independence especially for people who get overwhelmed and frustrated by the week-long celebration of love and romance during Valentine’s week. This Anti-Valentine’s Week offers a break and a chaotic alternative for those who are single or disappointed with traditional romantic celebrations. The week also has a significance with self-love and individuality.
The theme of this week is self-love, individuality and empowerment with a flair of humour, which allows people to express their grey feelings about love in a light-hearted, chill way. For example, Slap Day, which is celebrated on February 15, is a day to slap negativity and frustrations coming into your life from past relationships. Whereas, Kick Day, which is celebrated on February 16, is a day dedicated to kicking away bad memories associated with past love experiences and instead, embracing personal growth.
