Haunted Labubu Dolls: The fascination and haunted reputation of Labubu dolls are sparking debates on the internet. People across many social media platforms are claiming that these dolls are not just cute, soft toys. There is more behind their existence. While some are brushing off the rumours, a growing number of social media posts continue to circulate, fueling curiosity and intrigue around these dolls. The thing which fueled the fire was Labubu dolls' looks.

They appeared adorable at first sight, but their creepy smiles, large eyes, and otherworldly expressions have attracted an eerie wave of horror and creepy tales on the internet. The rumours began as a gossip, but it later became a complete horror fest on the internet. From midnight ghostly activities to claims of evil energy, here are nine Labubu horror stories that question the hype of the toy.

9 Creepy Stories Of These Scary Dolls That Left The Internet Biting Their Nails:

1. Time When Labubu Doll Blinked

One of the very first claims about the Labubu doll being haunted began when a girl on X claimed that she saw her Labubu doll blink. She explained that she placed it on her desk and, while scrolling on her phone at night, felt its eyes flicker. Others joined the thread by commenting that they also felt a similar creepy feeling around the scary doll, as if the doll was staring them. However, later, the viral tweet was deleted.

2. Woke Up ith Scratches

Several social media users have reported finding mysterious scratches on their arms and legs after having a Labubu doll in bed or placed on their nightstand. They swear they went to bed injury-free. Others are now asking if the doll is a simple doll or something more evil.

3. Indian Actress Shared A Sacred Story About Labubu Doll

Former Bigg Boss contestant Archana Gautam shared an eerie story on Instagram. She stated, "A friend of my relative bought this doll. As soon as she purchased it, strange things began to happen in her home. Her friend’s marriage, which was fixed, was called off. The day after the Labubu arrived, her father passed away. Archana Gautam and the girl with her warned everyone not to buy the doll. They stated that this doll is not good at all and ruins everything. Everything gets worse, and life falls apart."

However, popular Bollywood divas, including Urvashi Rautela, Kareena Kapoor, Ananya Pandey and Sharvari Wagh, are seen slaying this trendy style statement.

3. The 'Haunted' Labubu Market

Spooky stories of these dolls being haunted have driven demand off the charts. People are even paying more to acquire a supposedly 'haunted' Labubu. Why? Because they either wish to confirm (or debunk) the rumours, or they're thinking the doll will bring some warped form of fortune.

4. Changing Appearances

Some owners stated their dolls changed colour or facial expressions during the night. Of course, it might be imagination, but one man asserted his Labubu was pink when he went to bed, then found a blue one waiting on his shelf in the morning.

5. Possession-Like Behaviour On TikTok

Others have shared videos of Labubu dolls moving, on their own or dropping from shelves without anyone touching them. A viral video from Tiktok, which is banned in India since 2020, captured the doll spinning on its own on a table. However, some mindful people are dismissing the rumours with logic, and blaming the wind or brushing it off as an editing trick.

6. Associated with a Demon Name

Some rumours are also associated with the doll's facial features, which they think are reminiscent of Pazuzu, a classic demon name from The Exorcist. Social media spies were soon in, posting theory threads and side-by-side photo comparisons. However, the resemblance can just be a coincidence or people thinking too much about the overhyped doll.

7. The Simpsons Connection

One specific conspiracy exploded when a fan noticed a Simpsons Halloween special, in which a demon doll named Pazuzu had a strong resemblance to Labubu. Now, some are convinced the doll is a part of some predicted curse, which has caused too much chaos and weird incidents with people owning a labubu doll.

8. Celebrities Getting Cursed

When influencers began flaunting their Labubu collections, followers and fans were worried that they might experience bad fortune, like breakups, ill health, or professional setbacks. Life happens, naturally, but conspiracy theorists now think flaunting a Labubu on Instagram is an open invitation for disaster.

9. Summoning Legends

The weirdest story? A post claimed that if you align three Labubu dolls in a triangle and recite an ancient nursery rhyme, something talks back. It was probably created for clicks, but that didn't deter teens from attempting and freaking when their lights flashed or Alexa randomly spoke.

Ultimately, these Labubu doll haunted tales could be nothing but internet myths feeding on one another. But whether or not you believe it, the distinction between toy and terror begins to fade. One thing is certain, and that is if you have a Labubu doll gazing at you from the shelf, you might hesitate before turning out the lights.
