The richest chief ministers are popularly known for their huge assets, which include many properties, businesses, and investments, while the poorest are recognised for their simple lifestyle with minimal possessions.

Leading at the forefront, Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu is the richest chief minister in India with a total Net worth of a staggering Rs 931 crore followed by Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu, whose total declared assets amount to Rs 332 crore.

On the other hand, Mamta Banerjee was revealed as the poorest chief minister in India with total assets of only ₹15 lakh or more than that. Jammu Kashmir’s CM Umar Abdullah also comes in the list of poorest chief ministers in the country according to ADR reports.
