Delhi:
The second most literate state in India is Delhi, with a rate of 88.7%. The national capital of India has some of the nation's finest schools and universities and has students enrolling in them from all across the world. Delhi's education system is a blend of government and private schools, which gives students various options for education. However, Delhi's performance is usually scored independently since Delhi is a union territory and not a state.
Uttarakhand:

Himachal Pradesh:

Assam:
Over the past decade, Assam has improved access and quality of education, although it still lags in rural regions. Assam’s literacy rate is around 85.9%, among which male literates are 77.85% and female literacy rate in the state is 66.27%.
Maharashtra:
