At a rally in Bhagalpur, Bihar, PM Modi praised makhana for its excellent nutritious content. He said he eats makhana for 300 days in 365 days. Makhana is low in calories and high in protein, fibre and antioxidants, making it a great snack for heart health and weight control. Its anti-inflammatory qualities aid in the fight against chronic illnesses and ageing.
