British consumers strongly favour convenience foods, with robust markets especially for burgers and various types of sandwiches. Brands like Greggs and international chains serve diverse tastes in a market with surging demand for quick-ordering service.

France garners Rs 1,788.88 crores in fast food revenue, ranking third globally amidst the fierce food competition across the globe. Mexico generates a total fast food revenue of Rs 1,766.47 crores yearly. Rich culinary heritage in the country blends perfectly with buzzing fast food trends, especially taco and sandwich chains, which are helping the fast food chain here rapidly grow.

South Korea ranks globally with its fast food revenue amounting to roughly Rs 1,103.73 crores. South Korea's youthful population, along with crowded urban hubs, fuels demand for fast food, including Western-style and traditional eats.

China also ranks on the list of countries that consume the most fast food, with a revenue generated of Rs $1474.40 million in Asian fast food markets. A growing middle class and rising disposable incomes fuel a fast food boom in China, with international chains that are thriving alongside domestic brands.

Italy scored a fast revenue of Rs 1,626.85 crores as per recent data. Italian fast food joints are also about traditional flavours and modern technology. Food options like pizza and pasta dishes are widely popular here.

The Fast food revenue of Rs 769.36 crores in Australia is majorly driven by multinational chains and local eateries that cater lucratively to cosmopolitan palates.

India  also generates enormous fast food revenue, which is more than Rs 7,145.84 annually. The nation of billions ranks 13th globally, with crores poured into its economy from the prevalent food sector here. India's fast food scene is thriving with urbanisation, a young population and QSR chains (Quick Service Restaurant), including international and domestic markets. India's fast food consumption per capita ranks fairly low globally, but it is still growing rapidly owing largely to rising income levels nationwide and urbanisation.
