After social media users alleged that YouTube had censored the Joe Rogan podcast featuring former President Donald Trump, Rogan himself provided clarification. The highly anticipated episode was released late on Friday, amid the controversy surrounding its availability. By scheduling an appearance on ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, former President Donald Trump is leveraging a significant platform to enhance his appeal as he prepares for the 2024 US presidential election.

In an effort to attract young voters in the US, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump expressed his views on election polls, income tax, and life on Mars.

Discussing the 2020 presidential election results, Trump stated that the judges ‘did not have what it took’ to overturn the election. He reiterated his claims that mail-in ballots were unsafe and accused Democrats of using the global pandemic to ‘cheat’ during the election.

Trump admitted he had ‘never been a believer’ in extraterrestrial life, but after hearing Rogan's interviews with jet pilots who reported seeing ‘strange things’ in the sky, he acknowledged he can no longer deny the possibility. He added, "There’s no reason not to think that Mars and all these planets don’t have life."

However, the episode unexpectedly became unlisted, raising questions about whether YouTube attempted to censor Trump.

Trump supporters took to X to voice their frustration over the reasons behind the delisting of the Republican nominee's interview with Joe Rogan.

A user wrote, “YouTube’s censorship at it again. Silencing voices they don’t like under the guise of ‘community standards’, Orwell’s spinning in his grave. Rogan and Trump must be striking a nerve in the echo chambers.”

While the other wrote, “It’s still on the playlist, But it is blacklisted in search, In page results,, In all other ways: CENSORED. But still quietly found at the top of the autoplay if queued to the start.”

Rogan quickly addressed the unlisting of the episode on X, stating that there was no censorship by YouTube. He explained that the episode was intended to go live on both Spotify and YouTube simultaneously, but a glitch in Spotify's upload system led to the YouTube link being delisted temporarily. He assured me that it should be resolved now.
