The first season was released on June 20, 2024, which follows the lives of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, the cheer squad of the National Football League’s Dallas Cowboys. The first season was about the 2023-24 team’s selection and focused about thirty six person’s squad. The docuseries won the hearts of the audience in the first season. This time it will focus on the final round of auditions for the 2024-25 squad. It will focus on the girls gets selected through training camp, heartbreaking cuts, the official team announcement, and into the NFL season. In a press release, Netflix described it “This season, just 23 of 36 veterans return to try and make the lineup, which means there will be a larger rookie class than in the previous five years. Finglass and Trammell whittled down the nearly 500 new submissions they received, and now they’ll assess the best of the best in person to see who has what it takes to cheer in the 64th class of cheerleaders.”

The docuseries features Kelli Finglass, Judy Trammell, Armani, Chandi, Jada, KayDianna, Kayla H, Kleine, Megan, Reece, Sophy, Abby, Ariel, Ava, Cooper, Dayton, Jenna, Kelly V and Madie K. The show has been directed by Emmy Award–winner Greg Whiteley (Cheer, Last Chance U).
