Bella Thorne has come under the limelight as she recently accused singer Charlie Puth of spreading hate against her. Bella's claim has reignited the fiery gossip from 2016. Now, things have again headed South for this duo as Bella Thorne recently accused 'We Don't Talk Anymore' singer for starting a hate chain against her. She took to Instagram to make the claim in the comment section of an Instagram post about Little Mix singer Jade Thirlwall ‘never’ wanting to collab with Charlie again.

Bella Thorne wrote, "Yeah I mean .. he lied to the entire world about me and started a hate train. All because I wouldn’t …. Do the deed with him." This claim garnered a lot of attention from the social media users as they filled the comment section with their thoughts.

Back in those days Charlie Puth and Bella Thorne were allegedly dating. Charlie once invited Bella to his Jingle Ball concert, after which their public appearance started their romance rumours. What caught netizens attention was the fact that Bella had previously been in a relationship with Tyler Posey, and now she was being spotted with the 'Attention' singer.

Soon after the online chatter started the buzz, Charlie Puth tweeted that he was hurt because he believed that Bella Thorne had cheated on her boyfriend with him. Charlie's old tweets read, “I can’t believe what I’m reading. No one should have their heart messed with like this, and I’m not going to be in the middle of it.”

The singer didn't mention Bella's name but apologised to Terry and commented, “I don’t know Tyler personally, but I know he shouldn’t be treated this way. She told me she was not with him anymore. This is all news to me."

Reacting to all the online gossips, Bella Thorne broke her silence on X (Twitter) and said, "Ty and I have been broken up for like over two weeks and charlie and I ARENT DATING we are friends. That article was written forever ago," she wrote, referencing a a Paper magazine piece published at the time. She added, "Charlie and I were hanging out.. he saw an old interview and got butthurt but instead of texting me and asking about it he put it on Twitter."

Both the stars have moved on in their life as Bella is engaged to Mark Emms, and Charlie is married to Brooke Sansone, a longtime friend. They tied the knot in September 2024.
