Reportedly, the singer has a stalker named Brian Jason Wagner, who has repeatedly trespassed on her home, causing her trouble.

Taylor Swift’s stalker has been keeping an eye on the pop star for over a year and has also has a restraining order against him. Recently, he was supposed to be present at court for a hearing. Who Is Brian Jason Wagner?

Brian Jason Wagner, a 45-year-old man from Colorado with a history of obsessive behaviour, has been stalking Taylor Swift since mid-2024. He has tried to break into the singer's Los Angeles home several times and falsely claimed that they have a child together. Wagner also allegedly got an illegal ID card that has Swift's home address. After repeatedly bothering Swift and her staff, a judge granted the singer a five-year restraining order against him in September 2025. However, as per the recent developments, Brian Jason Wagner has disappeared, causing Taylor Swift’s security team to get into alert mode.

According to a report in the Daily Mail, a source claimed, “Her team has to be hyper vigilant because she has been stalked so many times and recently discovered she has been targeted by online groups on social media. She will change promotional plans or scale back if any threats she has received online are deemed to be serious by her security team. It’s horrible.”

Taylor Swift’s Security Measures:

Recently, Taylor Swift went to Arrowhead Stadium to support her fiancé Travis Kelce during the Chiefs' game. She reportedly arrived hidden behind a bulletproof screen and wasn't seen by people outside her VIP suite. Security for Taylor Swift was also noticeably increased. Some people assumed she was trying to keep a pregnancy secret or that these were extra steps before her new album, The Life of a Showgirl, came out. However, these steps were reportedly taken to protect the singer from her stalker Brian Jason Wagner.
