Kylie Jenner has always remained silent about her plastic surgeries and other enhancement procedures. Recently, the social media influencer broke her silence regarding the same and shared the details with a fan online about the procedure she opted for. A fan named Rachel Leary praised Kylie for her natural-looking bo*bjob and said, “You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of like, a bo*b job. It’s like the most perfect natural-looking bo*b job ever. They’re still big, but whatever way you had the implants - if they are implants or if you had fat transfer - to me, it is perfection.” She captioned her video, “Help a girl out @Kylie Jenne i just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully.”

Kylie Jenner responded to this video by mentioning the details of her surgery in the comment section. “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! Hope this helps lol,” she wrote. It turns out, her surgeon happens to be a famous plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills. According to Garth’s website, silicone gel implants, which Jenner said she got, are ‘softer’ and have a ‘more natural look and feel’ and that they have a ‘lower risk of downward displacement’ compared to saline.

 

Her reply stirred a storm on social media. To this, Rachel replied, “KYLIEEEEE!!! you are the best THANK YOU!!!!” Earlier, in an episode of The Kardashians, Kylie got candid and mentioned, “I got my breasts done before Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. Like, they were still healing. I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.”
