The tapes, reportedly sourced for a new UK docuseries titled The Trial, feature Jackson speaking candidly about his emotional dependence on children, his desire to be around them, and the intense bonds he claimed to have formed.
According to a report in Boredpanda, in the audio, he could be heard saying, "If you told me right now… Michael, you could never see another child… I would k*ll myself. Kids end up falling in love with my personality. Sometimes it gets me into trouble."
An insider who reviewed the recordings described them as 'extremely unusual and eerie', noting that hearing Jackson speak about children—particularly those who were not his own—was deeply unsettling given the allegations he had faced. The source added that such remarks raise troubling questions about his mental state and intentions, calling the language especially disturbing coming from an unmarried man in his 40s.

As excerpts from the recordings circulated online, Michael Jackson’s supporters swiftly came to his defense, asserting his innocence and accusing the media of trying to damage his legacy. Several fans questioned the timing of the revelations, arguing that the late singer cannot defend himself, while others dismissed the claims as slander. The upcoming docuseries reportedly revisits events leading up to Jackson’s 2005 criminal case.
The recordings and newly uncovered footage also revisit Michael Jackson’s relationship with Gavin Arvizo, a cancer survivor who later accused the singer of sexual abuse. Previously unseen material reportedly shows Jackson spending time alone with Arvizo at Neverland Ranch in Los Olivos, California, including private picnics without other adults present.
