Goldberg's Interview: In a pre-recorded segment, Goldberg discussed his upcoming retirement match against World Heavyweight Champion Gunther at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event. Goldberg accused Gunther of showing disrespect during the 2024 Bad Blood event in front of his family and vowed retribution in their bout.

Jade Cargill Advances in Queen of the Ring: Jade Cargill faced Roxanne Perez in a high-stakes Queen of the Ring tournament semifinal. The match was a compelling contest, with Cargill eventually countering Perez's Pop Rox attempt into a Powerbomb, followed by her signature Jaded, securing the pin. Cargill now progresses to the Queen of the Ring Final at Night of Champions, where she will meet Asuka.

Gunther's Response: After hearing Goldberg's comments, World Heavyweight Champion Gunther entered the ring to address the challenge. "The Ring General" confidently declared himself the most dangerous man in 2025, drawing parallels to Goldberg's dominance in 1999. Gunther concluded by offering a chilling apology to Goldberg's family for what he intended to do to the veteran at WWE SNME, vowing to dismantle the "myth" of Goldberg.

Becky Lynch Retains Women's Intercontinental Championship: Becky Lynch defended her WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship against Bayley in a hard-fought match that reignited their long-standing feud. Cody Rhodes Victorious in King of the Ring Semifinal:

The main event featured a King of the Ring tournament semifinal between close friends Cody Rhodes and "Main Event" Jey Uso. Both competitors put their friendship aside for the high-stakes encounter, delivering a performance that drew "This is Awesome" chants from the crowd. In the closing moments, Rhodes countered a Jey Uso spear and splash attempt, hitting a Cody Cutter and then the Cross Rhodes to pin Uso. This victory sends Cody Rhodes to the King of the Ring Final at Night of Champions, where he will face Randy Orton.
