Agniveer Recruitment 2024: Indian Army To Begin Online Registration For Agniveers In February; Check How To Apply

The Indian Army will start its recruitment process for Agniveer for the year 2024-25 from the first week of February. The youths who aspire to join the army can register from next month. The Army website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in will accept applications from candidates across the country, including Uttar Pradesh.

After registration, candidates will have to appear for the Common Entrance Examination (CEE), which will be followed by a recruitment rally for the successful ones. The rally will test the physical efficiency and medical fitness of the candidates.

The recruitment process for the posts of Agniveer GD, Technical, Tradesman and Store Keeper Technical (SKT) in the Army has changed since last year. Earlier, the recruitment was conducted in three phases and only those who cleared the rally could take the Common Entrance Examination. Now, the CEE is the first step and the rally is the final one.

Candidates from Lucknow, Auraiya, Barabanki, Kannauj, Gonda, Banda, Hamirpur, Fatehpur, Kanpur Nagar, Unnao, Kanpur Dehat, Mahoba and Chitrakoot falling under Recruitment Headquarters Lucknow, who are eligible would be able to apply for the Agniveer recruitment from the first week of February.
