Noida Metro Aqua Line Extension: The much-awaited extension of the Aqua Line Metro to Greater Noida West is set to take a key step forward, with the project expected to be presented before the Public Investment Board (PIB) soon. Preparations for the presentation are underway, according to the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC).

The proposal, first shared in 2023, has changed, including the shift of the operational interchange station from Sector-51 to Sector-61 and the addition of two new stations. As a result, the project’s total route length has increased from 15 km to 17.435 km, covering 11 stations.
