Ayodhya has become the first district in Uttar Pradesh to implement a QR code system for gathering public feedback on healthcare services. Patients and attendants at Community Health Centers (CHCs) can now directly share their experiences, both positive and negative, with officials.
Chief Medical Officer Dr Sushil Kumar Baniya launched this initiative, providing QR codes at 14 CHCs across the district. Upon scanning the code, users can access a feedback form covering various aspects of their experience, including services used, waiting time, doctor's behavior, staff conduct, cleanliness, and overall satisfaction. This feedback will be monitored by the CMO's office to improve healthcare services.
The questions in the feedback form address specific areas like the type of service available (OPD, IPD, emergency), waiting time, doctor's conduct, clarity of explanations, nursing staff behavior, cleanliness of the hospital and toilets, availability of drinking water, and overall satisfaction.
This system aims to provide a direct channel for patients to share their feedback and complaints without needing to visit the office, ultimately helping to enhance the quality of healthcare services in the district.
