To ensure that residents of societies and sectors across the city have easier access to retail facilities, the Greater Noida Authority is set to roll out a new scheme offering 37 commercial plots across 13 sectors. The move aims to promote local commercial activity and reduce the need for residents to travel outside their sectors for daily essentials.
According to officials, the plots, located in areas such as Knowledge Park-5, Ecotech-1 Extension, Sector 36, and Sector 37, will be allotted through an e-auction. The plot sizes vary between 1,500, 1,600, 10,000 and 23,023 sq metres.
