Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for development projects worth a total of Rs 1,824.57 crore during a ceremony held at Indira Stadium in Orai. The event also featured a short three-and-a-half-minute film on the Nun River, showcasing the government’s ongoing initiatives in the region.
The Chief Minister arrived in Orai by helicopter at 3:10 pm, landing at the Police Lines before proceeding by road to the event venue. Of the total projects, 165 were inaugurated, worth Rs 507.57 crore, while the foundation stone was laid for 140 projects valued at Rs 1,317 crore.
The inaugurated projects include:
