The second phase of online registration for the Anant Nagar housing scheme by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) began on Friday, offering 332 plots in the Adarsh section of the project located on Mohan Road. The allotment of these plots will be conducted through a transparent lottery system after the registration window closes.

The registration will remain open from July 11 to August 10, during which applicants can purchase the registration booklet by visiting the scheme’s official website (https://registration.ldalucknow.in) and pay 5 per cent of the estimated plot cost as a registration fee.

Among the 332 available plots, the highest number—121 plots—are of 112.5 sqm, followed by 105 plots of 288 sqm, 50 plots of 200 sqm, 37 plots of 162 sqm, and 19 plots of 450 sqm.

In the first phase, held between April 4 and May 5, LDA opened registration for 334 plots, attracting 13,031 applicants. The lottery for allotment was conducted at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan from June 10 to 13.

According to LDA Vice President Prathamesh Kumar, the Anant Nagar Scheme, spread across 785 acres, aims to fulfil the housing dreams of nearly 1.5 lakh people. The project is being developed following international standards with a grid pattern layout, wide roads, and underground power cables to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply.

Additionally, the scheme includes plans for an EduTech City over 100 acres, and about 130 acres have been earmarked for parks and green spaces, making it one of the most comprehensive and modern housing projects in Lucknow.
