Noida Fire News: A massive fire broke out at the sales office of the Great Value Ekanam, situated in Noida's Sector 107. Fire tenders rushed to the spot after receiving the information, and dousing operations are underway. Fortunately, there have been no reports of any casualties or injuries in the incident.

Chief Fire Officer (CFO) Pradeep Kumar Choubey stated that the fire started in a tin shed situated on the outer periphery of the society, near an under-construction building. Three fire tenders are at the scene, and the blaze is now reported to be under control.

"The fire is under control. Necessary procedures are being followed, and the cause of the fire is being investigated," the CFO confirmed.

"At approximately 11:45 AM today, a fire incident was reported at the Sales Office of Great Value Ekanam in Sector 107, Noida. We are deeply relieved to confirm that all personnel are safe and there have been no injuries or loss of life. The situation was promptly brought under control, thanks to the swift response of our on-ground team and local authorities," the society administration said in a statement.

"We are conducting a thorough assessment with the administration to determine the cause and are reinforcing all safety protocols with renewed rigor. To our valued customers and trusted partners, we appreciate everyone’s concern and cooperation as we work to resume normal operations at the earliest," the statement added.

Society's Maintenance Team Assists

Upon receiving information about the fire, the society's own maintenance team also sprang into action, attempting to douse the flames using fire hoses while awaiting the arrival of the fire brigade.

Recent Fire Incidents

This incident follows another fire that occurred on Thursday evening around 5:30 pm, when a moving bus suddenly caught fire near Kaushalya Residency in the Knowledge Park area of Greater Noida. The driver managed to escape by jumping out of the vehicle. With the help of locals, the fire was extinguished within 10 minutes.

Fire Station Officer (FSO) Vinod Kumar Pandey reported that there were no casualties in the bus fire. A preliminary investigation suggested that the fire was caused by a short circuit in the bus's battery.
