Noida Industrial Plot Scheme 2025: Good news for residents and entrepreneurs looking to buy industrial plots in Noida. The Noida Authority has extended the deadline to apply under its ongoing industrial plot scheme. Applicants can now submit their entries until August 14.
Noida Industrial Plot Scheme 2025 Deadline Extended
The scheme, launched by the Industrial Department of Noida Authority on July 14, initially had a deadline of August 4. However, the date has now been extended following a petition filed in the Allahabad High Court. As a result, two plots in Sector-10 have been removed from the scheme, and the deposit amounts for these will be refunded.
All available plots under the scheme are under 8,000 square metres.
Where Are Noida Industrial Plots Located?
According to Jagran.com, the scheme offers 10 industrial plots across Sectors 7, 8, 10, 80, and 162. These are older, well-connected sectors with good road access. The authority expects significant participation and revenue through the e-auction process.
What Are Noida Industrial Plot Scheme Sizes And Prices?
- Smallest plot: 111.48 sq m in Sector-8, with a reserve price of Rs 56 lakh
- Largest plot: 7,430 sq m in Sector-162, with a reserve price of Rs 16 crore
The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amount varies depending on the plot’s reserve price. Interested applicants must submit the EMD while applying.
