Noida News: Yamuna Authority To Auction 37 Industrial Plots On Sept 26; 528 Applications Received

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) will hold an e-auction for industrial plots this Friday, September 26. The auction is for 37 plots, each up to 8,000 square meters, as part of a scheme to boost industrial investment in the region.

The authority received a total of 528 applications for the 37 available plots. After an initial review, 408 applicants have been deemed eligible to participate in the upcoming bidding process.

However, the final list of bidders is still pending. The authority had invited claims and objections from applicants, and 52 objections that were submitted via email are still under review.

According to ACEO Nagendra Pratap, the final number of participants in the e-auction will be confirmed only after these 52 objections have been resolved. All eligible applicants will then have the opportunity to participate in the e-auction this Friday.
