In a shocking and disturbing incident in Noida, a Paying Guest (PG) owner physically abused a female occupant after an argument over security deposit return turned violent. A disturbing video has gone viral on social media showing a PG owner and two others brutally assaulting a female tenant at Raj Homes PG in Sector 62.
The shocking incident, captured by the woman’s male friend who was standing outside the premises, erupted over a dispute regarding the return of her security deposit. The footage has sparked massive outrage online, with many demanding immediate police action against the accused.
In the viral video, a female PG operator is clearly seen slapping and thrashing the tenant behind the closed glass gates of the paying-guest facility. The woman’s male friend, who recorded the footage from outside, later told reporters that he was not allowed to enter the building and could only watch helplessly as the assault continued.

The victim's friend further told that the woman had come to take her security amount, but her phone was taken and she was prevented from stepping out of the premises.
As the video went viral, it prompted severe criticism from social media users and action from officials.
Police Official Reacts
The Police Commissioner of Gautam Buddha Nagar responded to the video and said that a case was registered in Sector 58 against the accused party.
"In reference to the mentioned case, an FIR has been registered at Police Station Sector 58, and legal action has been taken by the Police Station Sector 58 against the accused party," the Noida Police said in a post on X.

"The referenced case pertains to a dispute between the victim and the PG operator regarding vacating the PG, in connection with which the Sector-58 police station is in the process of registering a case upon receiving a written complaint from the victim," the post further read.
