Noida Traffic Advisory: Noida traffic police have announced a special diversion plan for Navami and Dussehra to ensure smooth movement during Ramlila and Ravana Dahan celebrations. The restrictions will be enforced from 2 PM on October 1 until the completion of festivities on October 2.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Dr Praveen Ranjan said the changes are necessary to manage the large gatherings expected at Noida Stadium in Sector 21A, Ramlila Ground in Sector 62 and Maharishi Ashram in Bhangel. He added that medical and fire service vehicles would remain exempt from the restrictions.
Diversion Around Noida Stadium Sector 21A
Authorities have announced that all major approaches leading to Stadium Chowk will remain closed to traffic. Vehicles from Sector 12, 22 and 56 will not be allowed to move towards the stadium. Similarly, vehicles travelling from Sector 10 and 21 towards the stadium via Sector 12/22/56 intersection will face restrictions.
Traffic from Sector 8, 10, 11 and 12 Chowk via Modi Mall Chowk towards Stadium Chowk will also be prohibited. Commuters heading from Sector 31/25 Chowk to Modi Mall Chowk and onwards to Stadium Chowk will not be allowed.
Routes from Metro Hospital Chowk to Adobe Chowk via Sector 12/22 Chowk will remain restricted. Vehicles from Coast Guard Tiraha in Sector 24 towards Sector 12/22 Chowk through the NTPC underpass will also not be permitted. Likewise, movement from Jalvayu Vihar Chowk in Sector 20/21/25/26 to Adobe Chowk and Modi Mall Chowk will be barred.
Police have directed that vehicles approaching from Police Station Sector 24 Tiraha towards Adobe Chowk and Modi Mall Chowk must take alternative routes.
Noida Traffic Advisory: Alternative Routes For Commuters
For those coming from Rajnigandha Chowk towards Sector 12/22/56, access will be available through Sector 10/21 U-turn, Jalvayu Vihar Chowk, Nithari, Sector 31/25, NTPC and Gijhoud.
Traffic from Sector 12/22/56 intending to reach Stadium Chowk can reroute through Sector 57 intersection, Gijhoud Chowk and Sector 31/25. Similarly, vehicles travelling towards Rajnigandha Chowk can use Metro Hospital Chowk and Sector 8/10/11/12 Chowk to reach Harola and Jhundpura.
Those travelling from DM Chowk and Jalvayu Vihar Chowk to Adobe Chowk can use Nithari, Sector 31/25 Chowk, NTPC and Gijhoud. Motorists from Sector 54 Chowki Tiraha to Jalvayu Vihar Chowk are advised to pass through Gijhoud and Sector 31/25 Chowk.
Noida Navi And Dasara: Parking Arrangements At the Stadium
Special parking facilities have been created to manage the festive rush. VIP vehicles with special passes will enter and exit through Gate 7. Other pass holders will use Gate 3 for entry and Gate 4 for exit. General parking will be available free of cost at the open ground near the Adobe office. Pedestrians will be allowed entry through all gates except 7 and 8.
Noida Traffic Advisory: Diversion In Sector 62
If the situation demands, police will restrict vehicles moving from the Sector 62 checkpoint towards Value Bazaar and Fortis Hospital. These vehicles will be diverted via Sector 59 intersection, formerly known as Mamura Chowk. Similarly, movement from Value Bazaar to the Sector 62 checkpoint will also be diverted through the same route.
Traffic coming towards CDAC C-32 Company or towards the PMO will be redirected through the Sector 62 police chowki if restrictions are imposed.

Noida Traffic Advisory: Diversion At Maharishi Ashram Bhangel
During the celebrations at Maharishi Ashram, vehicles moving from Lotus Blue Bird red light towards Sector 110 via Ashram Chowk will not be allowed. Such traffic will be diverted through Hajipur.
Vehicles from Sector 82, Geja, Yatharth Hospital, Phase 2 and adjoining areas intending to reach Maharishi Ashram will be stopped at the Sector 110 intersection. These vehicles will be redirected via Shramik Kunj red light in Sector 93 and Hajipur.
