Ram Mandir 1st Anniversary:  A three-day festival marking the first anniversary of Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya began today, January 11. On the occasion, a 'Mahabishekh' of Ram Lalla was performed at Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate the program today. After the Mahabhishekh, the CM will address a public gathering from 'Angad Tila'.

A large number of saints and sages are expected to attend the event, for which the temple trust and district administration have made all the necessary arrangements.

This grand celebration will take place from January 11 to 13, featuring renowned figures from the world of music and art.

According to a statement released on Friday, both Deputy Chief Ministers Brajesh Pathak and Keshav Prasad Maurya are anticipated to attend the function.

Ram Lalla was ceremoniously installed at the temple on January 22 of last year. This year, the 'Pratishtha Dwadashi utsav' takes place on January 11.

Ram Temple Visit Passes Halted For Three Days

To manage the event's massive throng, all sorts of temple visit passes have been halted for three days. To ensure widespread participation, Doordarshan will broadcast the event live, allowing devotees around the country to see the festivities.

To commemorate the first anniversary, the temple grounds have been decorated with more than 50 quintals of flowers. VIP Gate 11 has been lavishly ornamented, as have the other access points. At the same time, the Municipal Corporation has requested that lights be installed on trees in preparation for the event and the Mahakumbh.
