The government of Yogi Adityanath has revealed plans to expand three Uttar Pradesh cities. These three cities are Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, and Varanasi. A government official stated that the government intends to integrate numerous villages into these cities in order to further their development and expansion.

The decision was made by the government in light of these three cities' expanding populations. Better city planning, equitable resource distribution and allocation, and conscientious resident services are the goals of this expansion.

The cabinet has taken a number of noteworthy actions to further strengthen the state's travel and tourism industry. The tourism department has been given free land by the government, aside from Shakumbri Devi.

Being a popular pilgrimage destination, the government has chosen to create better facilities for tourists and to provide economic opportunities to the inhabitants.

In addition, the government intends to lease Rahi houses in Amethi, Barabanki, Bulandshahr, and Sitapur to upgrade the infrastructure for tourism and draw more visitors. To improve aviation connection, helipads are planned for Kapilavastu, Prayagraj, and Lucknow. In Uttar Pradesh, all of these cities are major centres of culture.

The Yogi government in Gorakhpur has given its approval to a plan to turn Paramhans Yogananda Sthal into a tourist destination. The goal is to celebrate the great Yogi's legacy. Paramhans Yogananda was an Indian-American monk, yogi and guru.

In an effort to attract visitors from all walks of life, Yogi Adityanath has given the Tata Group the task of constructing a Temple museum in Ayodhya at an estimated cost of Rs 750 crore. The museum would be situated on property that has been leased from the tourism department.
