The schedule for the comprehensive revision of the electoral rolls for the Three-Tier Panchayat Elections has been revised. Previously, the publication of the final voter list was scheduled for January 15; it will now be published on February 6. The computerized voter list will be prepared by December 10, while the numbering of polling centers and booths, along with ward mapping, will be completed by December 22.
The draft voter list will be published on December 23, and it will be open for inspection until December 30. During this period, claims and objections from citizens will be accepted. Additionally, application forms will be accepted to register all youths who will attain the age of 18 by January 1, 2026, as voters.
The disposal of claims and objections received will take place from December 31 to January 6. From January 7 to January 12, the handwritten manuscripts will be prepared and submitted to the Assistant Electoral Registration Officer. Subsequently, between January 13 and January 29, a supplementary computerised list of new voters will be prepared and integrated into the main electoral roll.

From January 30 to February 5, final administrative tasks will be carried out, including the organization of polling centers and booths, voter serial numbering, ward mapping, and the downloading and printing of the voter list. Finally, the electoral roll will be published for the general public on February 6.
Deputy District Election Officer and Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Gaurav Shukla, confirmed that the schedule for the comprehensive revision campaign of the Panchayat election electoral rolls has been modified. He stated that the final voter list will now be released on February 6 instead of January 15.
