UP Weather Update:  The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted rainfall in Uttar Pradesh from September 3 to 6. The weather agency has issued alert at several places in western UP and a few regions in eastern UP today.

In certain districts of West Uttar Pradesh, there is a likelihood of heavy rain. The highest temperature may stay at 34 degrees Celsius throughout this time, while the lowest may drop to 25 or 26 degrees. The second week of September is also predicted to see an increase in rainfall activity.

IMD Issues Rain Alert In These Districts Today

On September 3, districts like Varanasi, Ghazipur, Jaunpur, Ballia, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj, Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut, and Rampur might anticipate mild to heavy rainfall.

Rain is likely in Mathura, Agra, Firozabad, Etawah, Auraiya, Kanpur Dehat, Jalaun, Hamirpur, Jhansi, Mahoba, and Lalitpur today.

Rain forecasted in Banda, Chitrakoot, Lucknow, Barabanki, Unnao, Kanpur Nagar, Sitapur, Hardoi, Kannauj, Lakhimpur, Shahjahanpur, Farrukhabad, Mainpuri, Etah, and Kasganj.

Rain is likely in most districts, including Badaun, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Rampur, Hathras, Kaushambi, Fatehpur, Rae Bareli, Amethi, Sultanpur, Ayodhya, Ambedkar Nagar, Basti, Gonda, Gorakhpur, Siddharthnagar, Balrampur, and Bahraich.

There is a chance of rain in different parts of the state between September 3 and 5.

The weather will change on September 5 and 6 as well.

Today, there is a rain and thunder alert in numerous regions in the western and eastern sections, as well as heavy rain in some areas of western Uttar Pradesh.

Rain and thundershowers are expected in parts of western and eastern Uttar Pradesh on September 4. Some areas of western Uttar Pradesh may see heavy rain.
