Noida: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is set to inaugurate the Waste to Wonder Park in Noida Sector-94 on September 25. The Waste to Wonder Park, officially named as Noida Jungle Trail, is inspired by Delhi’s famous Waste to Wonder Park and Bharat Darshan parks. The park will be spread across 18.7 acres along the Noida-Delhi-Faridabad border by the Yamuna River.
The Waste to Wonder park will feature 800 sculptures of animals, birds and dinosaurs, crafted from more than 500 tonnes of iron scrap and plastic waste. The authority has allotted Rs 15 crore for the project, which will be designed around a unique 4D concept.
“The country’s first park made of waste is ready. UP CM Yogi Adityanath has been invited to throw it open for the public. Once opened, we will develop the adventure services for the visitors,” said Lokesh M, CEO of Noida Authority.
