A huge number of passengers are travelling to Prayagraj for Mauni Amavasya, causing a rush in the trains. The trains traveling from Jhansi to Prayagraj are overcrowded, and there’s hardly any space left. This overcrowding led to a significant incident when the crowd at Chhatarpur station in Madhya Pradesh attacked the train due to the train doors not being opened, which angered them.
Last night, a massive crowd was waiting for the train to Prayagraj at Chhatarpur station. As soon as the train arrived at the platform, people began attempting to board. The train was already packed with passengers, and as a result, those inside closed the gates, blocking the passengers outside from entering.
The crowd present on the platform started throwing stones at the train. Not only that, but they also uprooted the windows and gates of one of the carriages. This incident took place at Harpalpur station, which is located in the Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh. The sudden act of vandalism caused panic among the passengers aboard the train. Several videos of the incident have also surfaced.
