YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme 2024: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has set the eagerly awaited draw date for its Diwali 2024 Residential Plot Scheme, which will take place on December 27, 2024. This scheme offers 821 premium residential plots located in Sector-24A, Greater Noida, close to the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar, presenting an attractive opportunity for homebuyers and investors alike.
The application phase for the scheme closed on November 30, 2024, and the transparent draw process will determine plot allotments for the applicants. The draw will be conducted in a fair and organised manner, ensuring equal opportunities for all categories, YEIDA stated.
Key Features Of YEIDA 2024 Residential Plot Scheme:
- Total Plots: 821
- Location: Sector-24A, Greater Noida, near Yamuna Expressway
- Plot Sizes: 120 sqm, 162 sqm, 200 sqm and 250 sqm
- Base Pricing: Rs 25,900 per square meter
Successful applicants must complete payment within 60 days of receiving the allotment letter. Payments can be made online via the YEIDA website. GST and other government charges will apply.
Allotment And Refund Process
Plots will be allocated through the draw, with separate categories for different applicants. Refunds for unsuccessful applicants will be processed with no interest if returned within one year. Refunds after one year will include interest at the rate applicable to an SBI savings account.
Lease Terms And Documentation
Plots will be leased for 90 years. A one-time lease rent equivalent to 10 per cent of the plot cost must be paid before the lease deed is executed. All related costs, including stamp duty, are the responsibility of the allottee and documentation fees are non-refundable.
YEIDA land allotment scheme for plots near Jewar Airport saw a massive response, raising Rs 1,493 crore in registration fees. With 34,180 applicants, this overwhelming demand reflects growing confidence in the region, especially with the rapid development around the new international airport.
