Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant Wedding: From March 01 to March 03, India’s Gujarat was THE place to be in for anyone and everyone as the city of Jamnagar turned into one of the most luxurious venus for the reason, that by now, the entire world knows; Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities. The event celebrating the duo’s bond became a ‘goal’ for the rest of the world after the soon-to-be bride and groom’s families went all out with a 3-day gala celebration. With that said, it’s not a surprise that half the world population confused the pre-wedding festivities with the wedding itself- that’s how grand everything was. After all, Caribbean Queen Riri herself, Rihanna, performed at his event! The point is, despite the major confusion by many, the main event, THE wedding, is yet to happen!

Anant Ambani is the youngest son of billionaire businessman Mukesh Ambani and philanthropist Nita Ambani. Meanwhile, the daughter who will soon become their own is Radhika Merchant, daughter of business tycoon Viren A Merchant and wife Shaila Viren Merchant.

Anant and Radhika’s love story is much like Bollywood’s adorable love stories, as the two were childhood friends. Their dating rumours began to float back in 2018. The duo then broke the news of their ‘Roka’ ceremony in 2022, a year after which, in 2023, the couple were engaged. After that, March 2024 again turned into no less than a festival for both families, as the pre-wedding bash was held this year.

The Pre-Wedding:

The much-celebrated pre-wedding bash was held from March 01 to March 03, in Gujarat's Jamnagar. With Gujarat reportedly being a special place for the Ambanis, the pre-wedding venue held an emotional significance for the family. 

It seemed like the event had almost everyone from around the world! From Rihanna, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, and Ivanka Trump to Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and a lot more, countless prominent personalities attended the event. Reportedly, the 3-day festivities had a 1,200-people guest list and served almost all kinds of cuisines suitable for every palate. Believe it or not, all of this was just for the pre-wedding. So, what about the wedding? 

THE Wedding:

Well, not much is out about the wedding yet, but one thing that is for sure about the upcoming occasion is that it will end up being one of the most expensive weddings in the world. In fact, many believe that Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding might become the world's most expensive wedding!

As per the reports, the two will exchange vows on July 12 this year. However, the details about the venue are yet to be confirmed. As per the social media beliefs, the two might tie the holy knot in Mumbai or may choose a destination outside India.
