Snake Viral Video: Perhaps chilling around the deadliest of reptiles is somewhat of a built-in characteristic among Australians, or maybe they simply are too brave, whatever it may be, it sure is unique to Australians only. Australians, based on social media content, surely face some of the most life-threatening creatures in their daily lives, and yet are always somehow unfazed by the gravity of the situation. Exemplifying the same, another incident went viral on social media, where an Australian man encountered a giant snake near a river, but ended up acting way too calm than a person in said situation actually should.
The man in question was playing a guitar, with his legs submerged in the river, which is when the snake was drawn towards the vibration. However, instead of running to safety, the man proceeded to pet the snake like a domesticated pet, leaving the rest of the world speechless.
The video was shared on social media platform Instagram, by the handle ‘Miller Wilson’. The post was captioned, “My favourite encounter I’ve ever had with a snake here in Australia. I’ve been filming snakes in this country for 10+ years but this clip here shows you the gentle side of these creatures.”

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Did you just pet that dawgg?!!” a user said. “Most dangerous snake on the planet- what a beauty,” a user said. “I think he was drawn to the vibrations of the guitar, hence why he was super chill what a good lad, very beautiful video,” added a third person. “The snake is like: do you have games on your phone?” joked a fourth user.
“Just stay still it’s a universal safety protocol,” wrote a fifth user. “I have a theory about snake-like guitars. I was playing at the beach once and a tiny snake came to see what was going on. As soon as I stopped it left,” added another. “I heard the accent, completely understood how he was so calm. Aussies built defy,” commented the next person.
