In a viral video that is being widely circulated on social media, an autorickshaw driver can be seen driving his three-wheeler on a crowded foot over a bridge to avoid a traffic jam in the Hamdard Nagar area of Delhi. The bizarre incident was recorded by an onlooker and soon it went viral on various social media platforms.

Pedestrians on the bridge were shocked to see the autorickshaw and made way for it to pass. Police have arrested the autorickshaw driver and his accomplice in the case. 

The driver, identified as Munna, 25, was trying to avoid a traffic jam on the road below the bridge. He first drove his auto onto a footpath and then onto the stairs of the bridge. Another man, identified as Amit, 24, helped him navigate the vehicle and then jumped into it. 

The police officials reached the spot soon after the incident and arrested both the men. They are residents of Sangam Vihar in Delhi and have been booked for rash driving and endangering public safety. Police said that further investigation is underway.
