IAF 93rd Birthday Dinner Menu: The Indian Air Force’s 93rd-anniversary dinner has become the talk of the Internet, not for its grand parade or speeches, but for something far more unexpected: its hilarious dinner menu. A picture from the event has gone viral and netizens can’t stop laughing at the witty dish names inspired by Pakistani cities tied to India’s anti-terror missions.
The viral post shows guests were served dishes like "Rawalpindi Chicken Tikka Masala, Rafiqui Rhara Mutton, Bholari Paneer Methi Malai, Sukkur Sham Savera Kofta, Sargodha Dal Makhani, Jacobabad Mewa Pulao, and Bahawalpur Naan", each name drawing subtle references to historic IAF operations. The dessert section was no less cheeky, with "Balakot Tiramisu, Muzaffarabad Kulfi Faluda and Muridke Meetha Pan", adding a sweet punch to the satire. While the Air Force hasn’t made an official statement about the menu, it’s believed to have been part of the grand celebration held on October 8, marking the day the IAF was founded back in 1932.
What makes it even more interesting is that each of these cities has a story linked to major IAF missions like Operation Bandar (2019) and Operation Sindoor (2024), both launched in response to terror attacks across the border.

The IAF knows how to celebrate with style while sending a clear message about capability and resolve. Every dish name is a reminder of what happens when lines are crossed," a user wrote. "Should have added, Uri ki Puri, as well, in the menu," a second user wrote.
"Delicious... as always. Served Hot always and Cold as well for Dessert," wrote a third user. "My favourite is Sargodha Dal Makhani. Wonderful menu with a small addition like Islamabad Ice cream," added a fourth user. "Next level trolling by IAF. I hope all the ingredients were bought from the nearest KIRANA shop," humorously added another user.
